I am moving out of the rat race, I am going to a area with no electricity so that really is away from the rat race.

I would still like to have some of my creature comforts but of course without any mains electricity I need to look at alternative ways to power the stuff I need/want.

• How do I figure out what wattage of solar panel I need and how many batteries?
• Can I buy a solar power kit once I know how many watts I need?
• Is it possible to run a small fridge on solar panels?
• Do I need any special tools?
